By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
MICE Emporio India LLP provides corporate event management, team-building programmes, and corporate travel management services. Our services are described on our website and are subject to the specific scope agreed in writing with each client.
All proposals, quotations, and service scopes are indicative until confirmed in a signed contract or written purchase order. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

All proposals and quotations issued by us are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing. GST and applicable taxes are additional unless explicitly stated as inclusive.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract or written confirmation and the agreed advance payment (typically 50% of the total value). Final payment is due as agreed in the contract, usually 7 days prior to the event date.
We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and other mutually agreed methods. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@miceemporio.com. The following cancellation schedule applies unless a different policy is specified in the signed contract:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–14 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
Third-party costs (venues, hotels, travel bookings, vendor deposits) that are non-refundable will be deducted from any refund due, regardless of the stage of cancellation.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, we will work collaboratively with the client to reschedule the event at no additional service fee.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and event concepts — is the intellectual property of MICE Emporio India LLP or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MICE Emporio India LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability in connection with any services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific event or service giving rise to the claim.
We may engage third-party vendors (venues, caterers, A/V companies, travel agencies, etc.) to fulfil your event. While we exercise due care in vendor selection, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party vendors beyond the scope of our direct control.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
